ACQUISITION : Giropharm s’offre le marseillaise Apothera

La coopérative nationale de plus de 700 pharmaciens indépendants GIROPHARM / T : 01.49.79.98.58 (siège social à Rungis) annonce le rachat d’Apothera, le géant marseillais, auparavant connu sous le nom de Pharma Santé Développement Groupe. Un achat démesuré, puisque Giropharm, l’acquéreur, affiche un chiffre d’affaires d’1,2 milliard d’euros, contre 3 milliards d’euros pour Apothera. www.giropharm.fr
