BIOTECHNOLOGIES/R&D : Transgene et BioInvent obtiennent l’autorisation IND de la FDA américaine pour BT-001

TRANSGENE / T : 03.88.27.91.00 (siège à Illkirch-Graffenstaden/67, Euronext Paris : TNG), société de biotechnologie qui conçoit et développe des immunothérapies du cancer, et BioInvent International AB (Nasdaq Stockholm : BINV), société de biotechnologie dédiée à la découverte et au développement d’anticorps immunomodulateurs innovants contre le cancer, annoncent avoir obtenu l’autorisation IND (Investigational New Drug) auprès de la FDA américaine pour BT-001. Cette IND permettra d’inclure des patients aux États-Unis dans l’essai en cours de Phase I/IIa du virus oncolytique innovant BT-001. Ce candidat-médicament a été conçu pour exprimer un anticorps recombinant anti-CTLA4 humain éliminant des cellules immunosuppressives (Treg) et la cytokine humaine GM-CSF. https://www.transgene.fr/
